Very disappointed they just replaced half of my bumper the other size they don’t even adjust it or repaint they leave big gaps and they just tell me it was they way you brought it . Yes they supposed to fix it . They don’t care about customers just take money for insurance that’s all about it don’t take your car there . Yes you supposed to fix the all bumper no 1 just 1 size

Update: Owner called me. Informed me to bring my car in to rectify the issue. I have a Toyota Corolla Hybrid 2021 and states that the front bumpers are common issues because they’re made out of plastic. Toyota even has instructions to glue partial areas due to the clips not with standing high velocity. I want to thank the company for educating me on Toyota parts and went out their way to fix it again. I appreciate this companies effort in their customer experience. They definitely went out their way to get me squared away. I definitely will recommend them as they took accountability in getting things right. It made it all worth the time and effort. The owner is a straight forward gentleman and a pleasant person to deal with. He tells you the facts. That is hard to come by these days. His staff is friendly and makes you feel welcoming. All in all I’m happy with my service.

The best car shop in Vegas. They also work with exotic cars which one was win for me. I was so satisfied with great customer service and amazing and clean job. They have done to my car. Great Service, had an accident 7:30am finished documentation 8:45am. Insurance scheduled appointment 9am dropped off vehicle and picked up car after estimated repair time. Great response time for update on status of vehicle. I haven’t had to bring back vehicle for any work after the fact.
Collission Works LV is the place to take your vehicle when you get into a car accident. From the time I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up, the process was as smooth as silk. The workmanship was impeccable and the staff were simply the best. I had the pleasure to meet Thomas, David, and the beautiful Carmen (the receptionist). Theywere all wonderful to do business with. Special thanks to Thomas who was very patient in answering and explaining what was done on my car. They were so professional and friendly. No wonder they have happy customers as one can see in their reviews.I highly recommend this place when you get into a car accident. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!!
If you have a new car and enjoy that new car smell DO NOT GO HERE. I advised the receptionist that another shop I previously experienced used some type of scented spray that made me physically nauseous.Receptionist advised me she would make a note and said that they do not clean the inside. When I picked up the vehicle there was a foot placemat on the floorboard so obviously cleaning inside of the car IS A REGULAR PRACTICE at this place. Now my car stinks like whatever spray they used and I have to try and air the car out for the next few months. Never using this place again.
